Support OverviewIn March of 2019, COZYROC implemented a new Help Center as an integral part of its support process. In addition to the Help Center, there are several other sources of support. The following information on this "Support" page will give you a look at the different options you have for finding supplemental support information before opening a ticket. Help CenterOur Help Center is the preferred method for contacting COZYROC and is where you can submit a ticket to SSIS + Technical Support, SSIS+ Sales or Cloud Support. You can also search an extensive list of Knowledge Base articles in the Help Center. You do not have to create an account login to use the Help Center, but we encourage you to do so because then you will be able to track all of the tickets you have previously opened within the Help Center. We ask that, when you do open a ticket in the Help Center, you choose the correct Department and Classification that best describes the assistance you're looking for. For SSIS+, if you have a sales or technical support-related question and are a current customer, please include your Licensee Identifier in the ticket field provided. If you are opening a technical support ticket for help with a task or component that will not load properly or you cannot find in the SSIS Toolbox, please fill in all of the optional questions when opening the ticket. This will increase the likelihood that we can go directly to the heart of the problem without delay. Otherwise, it could require several exchanges with you to obtain the information we need to resolve your issue. For COZYROC Cloud Support related questions, please be sure to enter your COZYROC Cloud Subscription Number if you are a current customer. Help Center Quick Links

Many of the most common questions asked by our customers while performing installations and getting started have been answered here. SSIS+ Licensing DocumentationThe COZYROC licensing model allows you to test and develop packages in Visual Studio using COZYROC's SSIS+ Suite for free. You do not need to purchase a license until you are ready to deploy and schedule your packages. If you have questions related to licensing, please visit our Licensing Documentation page. The Licensing page has demonstration videos, KB Articles and information related to testing and development, free trial license keys, purchasing and activating license keys, migrating license keys, disaster recovery and other license-related questions. If you need to reset your license, view registered machines, or view your update history, you can read more about the License Customer Form on the licensing documentation page as well.
Please search for answers on the licensing documentation page before opening a ticket in the Help Center as we have done our best to provide information for our most frequently asked questions related to Licensing there. SSIS+ Task and Component Documentation
Once you have installed the COZYROC SSIS+ Suite, you can start developing packages. The documentation for all of the SSIS+ tasks and components can be found by visiting the "Products" tab of the COZYROC website. On the Products page, you will see the components are grouped under additional tabs as shown here: The tasks and components under each of the tabs are described here: Category tab: This tab groups the tasks and components by Industry/Solution type. Tasks tab: This tab lists all of the tasks that you would see available in the Visual Studio SSIS Toolbox while your package has focus on the "Control Flow" tab. Sources tab: This tab lists all of the source components that you would see available in the Visual Studio SSIS Toolbox while your package has focus on the "Data Flow" tab. Each of these source components can be used as a source of data in your Data Flow. Destinations tab: This tab lists all of the destination components that you would see available in the Visual Studio SSIS Toolbox while your package has focus on the "Data Flow" tab. Each of these destination components can be used as a destination for data in your Data Flow. Transformations tab: This tab lists all of the transformation components that you would see available in the Visual Studio SSIS Toolbox while your package has focus on the "Data Flow" tab. These transformations perform some sort of operation on the data received from the source component(s) before sending the data to a destination in the Data Flow task. Connections tab: This tab lists the connection managers that can be created for use in all of the tasks, sources, destinations and transformations. These connections are available by right clicking in the Connection Managers window in Visual Studio. REST tab: This tab lists all of the XML Configurations that have been created by COZYROC for services that use a REST API. These XML Configurations can be used to customize the REST Connection Manager so that it can be used with one of the COZYROC REST Components. The two components which COZYROC provides are the REST Source component and the REST Destination component. Only the XML Configurations created by COZYROC's developers have been listed under this tab, although many of COZYROC's customers have created their own XML Configurations for other REST APIs using the "Custom REST Configuration Editor", availabe in COZYROC's REST Connection Manager. </> Scripts: This tab lists all of the COZYROC-provided JavaScripts that have been written for use in the JavaScript Task and JavaScript Component. These JavaScripts have replaced the Legacy Scripts that were available for use in the deprecated Script Task Plus and Script Component Plus. We believe there are many benefits to using the JavaScript Task and JavaScript Component rather than the Script Task Plus and the Script Component Plus. Legacy Scripts: This tab provides a list of COZYROC-provided scripts that are available for the Script Task Plus and Script Component Plus, which have been deprecated. Although the Script Task Plus and Script Component Plus have been deprecated, they will still work. However, the COZYROC-provided scripts will no longer be maintained by COZYROC going forward. COZYROC encourages you to use the JavaScript Task and JavaScript Component for their ease of use and the benefits they provide. Once you have located the Task or Component you are looking for in the Products page, click on the '+' icon to expand the Task or Component description.
